Start, run and certify your business in India
Company registration, GST and income tax filing, and ISO certification support, coordinated in one place.
EasyCorp is not a law, chartered accountancy or company secretary firm, and it does not issue ISO certificates. Where the law requires a qualified professional to sign a filing, a qualified professional does it. Independent certification bodies issue ISO certificates.
Three ways to work with EasyCorp
Pick the one that matches where you are. You can start with guidance and ask for a managed service later.
Managed service
For businesses that want one coordinated project.
You get a defined scope, a plan and named deliverables. Where a specialist or qualified professional carries out part of the work, your written proposal says who does what.
Next: you describe what you need, we scope it, and you decide whether to go ahead.
Specialist introduction
For buyers who already know what they need.
We introduce you to a suitable specialist, subject to availability and fit. You agree scope and price with them directly.
If we earn a referral fee, we tell you before you decide.
Guidance first
For businesses still working out the basics.
Understand the options, what each involves and what drives the fees, before you commit to anything.
Next: read the guides below, or tell us your situation.

These pathways are a starting point. They do not decide what a law, regulator or particular customer requires of you.
What working with EasyCorp gives you
Registrations, filings and certifications go wrong when scope, fees and responsibilities stay vague. We focus on removing that vagueness.
- Plain-language explanationsWhat each registration, filing or standard asks for, and what it does not.
- Defined scope and deliverablesWritten down before work starts, including what is excluded.
- Qualified professionals on regulated workWhere the law requires a CA, CS or advocate to sign, one does.
- Help comparing your optionsStructures, proposals and quotes, side by side.
- Visibility of feesYou see which fees are government fees and which are professional fees.
- One point of contactAcross registration, tax and certification, so work is not repeated.
The ISO certification journey
The steps vary by standard and by organisation. This is the common shape.
- Define the business objective and scope.
- Select the appropriate standard.
- Assess readiness and identify gaps.
- Plan the implementation and assign responsibilities.
- Develop or improve the documentation and processes the standard requires.
- Run the processes and collect evidence that they work.
- Carry out an internal audit and a management review.
- Engage an independent certification body.
- Complete the external audit and fix any findings.
- Maintain the system and prepare for surveillance audits.
Implementation consultant
Helps you build and run the system. Does not decide whether you are certified.
Certification body
Audits you independently and decides whether to issue the certificate. EasyCorp is not one.
EasyCorp
Helps you choose the standard, scope the work, compare proposals and coordinate. Discloses any commercial relationships.
What you usually pay for
We do not publish average prices. A single number would mislead, because scope varies so much.
- Government feesSet by the authority for each filing, often tied to capital or contribution.
- Stamp dutyVaries by state.
- Professional feesDepend on scope, volume and how tidy your records are.
- Digital signature certificatesNeeded for many online filings.
- Certification body feesFor ISO, paid separately to the independent body, with surveillance audits later.
- Ongoing costsAnnual filings, tax returns and maintenance.
How we keep this honest

- We do not issue ISO certificatesOnly independent certification bodies do.
- We do not promise outcomesNot a certificate, an approval date or a tax result.
- We disclose referral feesYou hear about any commercial relationship before you decide.
- Scope and fees are written downDeliverables, exclusions and your responsibilities appear in the proposal.
- No invented proofCase studies and testimonials appear only when real and approved, and we share only what a specialist needs.
Frequently asked questions
What does EasyCorp do?
EasyCorp helps businesses in India with company registration, GST and income tax filing, and ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 certification support. We explain the options, scope the work and coordinate it with suitable professionals.
Is EasyCorp a CA, CS or law firm?
No. Where the law requires a qualified professional to sign or certify a filing, a qualified professional does it. We tell you who is responsible for each part before you start.
Does EasyCorp issue ISO certificates?
No. ISO writes the standards. Independent certification bodies audit organisations and issue certificates.
Which business structure should I choose?
It depends on liability, funding plans, the number of owners and how much compliance you can carry. The comparison sets the three common structures side by side.
Do I need GST registration?
Generally once turnover crosses a threshold, and in some cases whatever your turnover. See GST registration and returns, and confirm your own case with a professional.
Which Act applies to my income tax return?
A return for income earned in FY 2025-26 is filed under the Income-tax Act, 1961. Income from 1 April 2026 falls under the Income-tax Act, 2025. See income tax return filing.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the service, your scope and your state. Government fees, stamp duty, professional fees and, for ISO, certification body fees are separate. We quote after we understand your case.
How long does it take?
It depends on approvals, the queries authorities raise and how ready your documents are. We do not quote a standard timeline.
Can a small business get ISO certification?
Yes. Management system standards apply to organisations of any size. The effort and the audit time scale with the scope.
How do I check that a certification body is accredited?
Ask which accreditation body accredited it, then check that body's directory for the standard and sector you need. In India, start with NABCB.
Do you offer trademark, copyright or patent registration?
Not yet. They are in development. We will publish them here once we can describe them accurately and support them.
Not sure what you need?
Tell us what your business is trying to achieve. We will help you understand the options and suggest a sensible next step based on your requirements and what we can support.
